Missing assembly screws. Asked for replacement to get the screws and was very fast, now need to return to UPS Location.Please understand that the cosmetics is good, however the manufacturing if is flimsy and each pipe piece is loose and will not tighten up to form a solid structure. You will need tools including clamps to help hold everything in place. This is a difficult assembly and mounting project. This is not a take it out and attach it shelving unit. I can foresee a lot of frustration for folks. After it was installed, it looked good.Love this shelf!! Looks just like the pic!! Have gotten lots of compliments!!The pipe sections did not assemble securely, resulting in loose parts when fully assembled. The shelf was not sturdy while hanging on the wall
