Very nice and reasonably priced.For some reason no one in my household changes the toilet paper rack because they’re just too damn lazy. I love this thing! I actually enjoy changing the empty roll to a full one. Mainly because I can do it with just one hand. This is the most brilliant toilet paper rack on the market. If you have one of these and still end up with an empty toilet paper rack there is something profoundly wrong with you and your family. This actually puts fun into changing the toilet paper because it’s so easy. It is a little small for the larger roles. I haven’t tried this yet but I was thinking of just bending ever so slightly the metal to give more room for the toilet paper itself.So it is a little bit of a hassle when you put a new roll in there because you have to use both hands to get it to roll. I can deal with that minor issue compared to the benefit of always having toilet paper in its rack where it belongs when I sit down to P.Not that it’s hard mind you, but you don’t have to mess with anything. You just slide one off and the other on.This toilet paper holder is fantastic. We have a different Moen with a bar that goes inside of the holder and essentially locks the bar to the toilet paper with a lever, and I would trade it in for this one any day. We put this one in our guest bathroom, and it makes the toilet paper so easy to take off of the roll. Installation was super easy and it came with great instructions for putting it on a wall. We actually decided to put the holder on the side of our vanity in the bathroom, so we used a drill bit for as far as it would go, and then we actually just screwed it into the vanity using a screwdriver. It worked great even though we strayed from the instructions. The color is beautiful and like I said, I think it's better than the other designs of toilet paper holders.My old paper holder would pinch the larger rolls, especially when the roll was new. This would prevent the roll from freely spinning on the holder. I purchased this paper holder because it prevents that problem and is more stylish besides. The holder itself is hinged, allowing it to swing away from the wall. If you don't like it swinging, you can lock it into any position using the small Allen wrench that is provided.My main concern with the holder is it took me 2 attempts to mount it to the wall. The first time, I used a level to mark the positions for the mounting bracket screws. After completing the installation, the holder was not at all straight, but noticeably tilted in one direction -- i.e., the holder itself was not parallel to the floor.The mounting hardware itself is designed poorly, not allowing any angular adjustment in the mount once the bracket is fixed to the wall. All mounting parts are "squared-off" making the installation quite solid, but unforgiving. After uninstalling the holder (and patching the drywall), I observed that the bracket holes are not quite aligned with the holder itself. (Hopefully this can be seen in the photo.) Thus, making the bracket holes level on the wall makes for an uneven installation.My installation tip from installation #2:I used a piece of double-faced tape and taped the holder to the wall in the position I wanted. I removed the hardware, leaving the mounting bracket still taped to the wall. I marked the holes, then completed the installation.Beautiful color, excellent quality, easy to install-- All at a more than competitive price. Hard to find much variety in this color at this level of quality. This little gem comes in at less than retail, too!Don't know why these swinging hook paper holders are getting hard to find... They are far superior to the spring-loaded rod or hinged designs. Very happy I found this!_______________________________UPDATE:After having this installed for about a month, the paper holder has slipped right out of the fixture, and there appears to be no way to fix it. I'm going to have to replace it altogether.Kind of irritating since I bought matching hardware. I'm glad it wasn't TOO expensive!_______________________________FINAL UPDATE:Turns out the screw was just missing that keeps that curved, pivoting bar in. It was probably there when it was installed, but (and this is just as assumption) left too loose and it eventually just fell out and disappeared. I was able to replace it with a new one and now that I know what to look for, I doubt I'll run into the issue ever again.I had this up and installed with no help from hubby in about 5 minutes. Something about using a screw driver on my own makes me feel accomplished. It is very sturdy and fits the larger roles of paper with no issues. One thing that did help is the UP on the face plate so I knew where to put the top screw. Mounted the top screw first then a quick assembly to make sure everything was straight and the I set the other screws. I had screws from my old holder I was replacing so I used those as well to make it extra sturdy.I recently revamped my bathroom and have been looking everywhere for a “post mount” nickel holder to put in place of the bronze one that had been previously installed. I couldn’t find one anywhere and wasn’t 100% sure this one was what I needed either, but took a chance and ordered it and it was right! If you need a post mount holder, this one is for you.I used this product as a holder for bathroom hand towels. It’s just the right size and looks very elegant. It’s a nice quality product.This product is very aesthetically pretty, but I couldn't give it 5 stars as the paper tends to get knocked off quite easily. This isn't enough of a problem for me to take it down, but enough that I just couldn't give it full marks.Excellent product! Second to none quality, super easy to install and looks fantastic!! Shipping was very quick and hassle free! Highly recommended.Set screw doesn't stay tight. Not your typical oil rubbed bronze color. More like brown paint.Great looking in my new bathroom. Quality is excellent...
