I use the Costco boxes of parchment paper and the sweater cutter falls off very early into using the roll. Now I don’t have to fight cutting a sheet of parchment. You do need to hold the parchment paper while slicing, but it’s still better than the alternative. It’s a bit larger than I would have liked, but I found a home for it in a cupboardI use this for my WIDE parchment and it cuts so easily. No more tearing, diagonal rips, etc.Love this product! Nice clean lines. No more juggling boxes of wrapping products.This Libreshine long foil and plastic wrap organizer with cutter holds fifteen inch rolls. I put my parchment paper in it, it was easy to do. This is made of bamboo and looks very nice, it came with stickers for foil, wax, plastic wrap and parchment paper. It also comes with an extra cutter and mollies and screws to mount it on the wall. Right now I have it on the countertop as I haven't decided where to mount it. I like the cutter on this as I always have a problem with using the cutters on the rolls of paper, it always tears wrong for me. Installing the paper was easy to do and it will be easy to change it out, no screws just magnets. Be careful if you mount it on the wall to be sure you have room to put new paper in it without taking it off the wall. I like this paper organizer, I only wish it was a double so that I could put some foil with it.This organizer/cutter box works better if it’s installed on a wall. I placed a 15” parchment paper roll in it. There’s a slide out drawer on the end for placing a roll inside. There’s an indentation on the drawer for easy slide out. When it’s on the wall, the parchment paper hangs down due to gravity which allows for easier cutting. There aren’t any guards to hold down the paper, though. I have to align the paper underneath the blade and then slide the cutter. It’s an extra step. When it’s placed in a drawer, the paper flops back into the box. Without any guards to hold the paper down, I have to search inside the box with my fingers to pull the paper back out.Hardware, labels for (foil, plastic, parchment, and wax), and an extra cutter are included. The blade is sharp. The box is well made from bamboo, but it does take up a lot of space- 16.5” X 3.5” X 3.5”. I was expecting TWO boxes for the price they are asking for. I had to take one star off the rating due to not having some sort of guard to hold the end of paper down. The concept is nice, but realistically it’s probably more for a commercial setting and not a home kitchen.I got this to hold my parchment paper but after getting it realized that I could get something the same size but just a little cheaper. It is a nice cutter but it is only for 1 roll and for $26.99 I feel that this is a bit high especially when there are others out there that give you 2 & 3 cutters for the same price.I have been looking for such an organizer for some time. I like that this is a single roll organizer as it would be heavy to keep taking out a 2 or 3 roll organizer from the drawer.Cutting is smooth and precise. I'm using this organizer for parchment paper and it works wonderfully. This organizer lacks the pole inside to prevent the roll of foil/plastic wrap from moving about.This organizer's opening is through a slider at the side. So when installing against the wall, do take note of the direction of the slider and also make sure that you have sufficient space on the side of the slider to refill the organizer.I would recommend this product if your kitchen has sufficient space and you want to have all the wrappers organized in similar containers.
