Item is not as pictured. The picture shows square wall attachments. We received a toilet paper holder with circular wall attachments. I don’t know if another item exists with square attachments or if the picture is just made up. I sent this one back. Lever arm also did not meet flush with rest of device when closed but the mismatch would have been tolerable. Not as substantial as Delta’s similar toilet paper assist bar
