This is such a nice TP holder. It makes changing and holding your rolls simple. Kids can even change the roll easily. Why aren't all holders made this way instead of the spring loaded tube?I bought 2 of these for my home and when my mom couldn’t use her old fashioned holder anymore I bought her 2 for her apartment. The pivot is so easy and convenient especially for someone with poor strength or arthritis. It’s attractive too.I've installed a lot of bathroom accessories over the years with little difficulty. This one gave me fits. First, because this is a flip up TP holder, you need to be very precise about your measurement. Give yourself a little extra since it won't operate correctly is it's too close. Secondly, I'd get the parts mounted only to find that the wouldn't stay on the wall. A few tries and I got it sorted out, but frustrating none the less.We originally bought this when we remodeled our master bath. Love it so much we bought a 2nd one for the guest bathroom. Very sturdy, well made and worth the price.This TP holder is very nice. I love the arm feature which makes for easy TP replacement. The style is traditional/classic. The holder is a very solid piece. Would purchase again if ever needed. I also purchased the towel bar, and hook.This is very well made. Heavy metal. Love how the new roll is put on by lifting the bar up! No more springs. Looks great.I had a standard toilet paper dispenser with the spring loaded bar. When installed one end was just a tad too far from the other side and so it kept dropping the roll and spring loaded bar. SO, I removed it and patched up the wall. Installing this new toilet paper holder was simple (although somehow one side had the drill holes not quite vertical, most likely my error), I was still able to install that side even if it was somewhat wonky and you couldn't tell it was slightly crooked :-). I love that to replace toilet paper I only have to lift the bar, put the roll on and lower it back into place. No more dropping the stupid spring loaded bar on the floor with the toilet paper (big deal when you have a male teenager who can't seem to aim). It's so easy maybe my family will replace the roll for once (yeah, not holding much hope on that one). The holder feels heavy and well made, like it might actually be metal and not metallic painted plastic... It also has a nice smooth finish to it (I got the chrome finish).This is my second one I bought to replaced an older toilet paper spring holder with this brushed nickel pivoting one!It works great for the larger rolls like Costco and rolls off much better then the old one!Simple roll changing with no effort. It was easy to install as they give you a paper template that is easy to read and understand and wall plugs for mounting and tool for fastening.. Moen’s fit and finish that you come to expect from this company are excellent!Great product, the matching items all look great in my newly renovated bathroom.I really like that you just have to lift the arm in order to put on a new roll. Very easy for kids and adults alike to operate. It is a nice looking product as well.Exactly the style I was looking for to match the rest of a set I have.Love this for my renovated bathroom!Very well made.Would totally by it again, and again!
