(update) After I submitted the below review, Taili, the company whose product I was sent, responded to an email I had sent to them. They offered additional advice for getting the toothbrush holder to remain attached to the wall of my shower. I followed their advice and it worked. The holder has remained attached and I can now use it to hold my razor. One of the main things I did to get it to stick was to rock my hand back and forth and side to side while pressing the suction cup hard against the wall. I did this for over a minute and finally heard a slight whoosh that indicated the air had been pushed out and the suction cup was attached. I have upgraded my review from one star to four stars, because the product does work as promoted. I am not giving it five stars because it is so difficult to get the suction cup to work and because the product I received was not the same brand I ordered.(original review) Ordered Velmade Suction Cup Toothbrush Holder Set and was sent Taili Suction Cup Toothbrush Holder set. The hook works great and I really like it. It has stayed in place since I attached it to my shower several days ago. The Toothbrush Holder, however, will NOT stay attached to the wall for more than a few minutes before it comes crashing down. On the box it came in is an email address to contact them with a promise of a response within 24 hours. HA!! No response at all when I emailed them to see if they could offer any advice on how to get the toothbrush holder to adhere to the wall. I obviously followed their instructions because the hook has remained attached. All I can say is don't waste your money. It earns the one star rating for the hook. PS Tried to load an image of the box it came in to show the company name and email address, but the images would not loadSuction cup did not work on tile or glass. Toothbrush holder fell down after a few hours.I have three of this companies shower products for my soap, razors, and bottles. I love that I don’t have to put a caddy over the shower head or put bottles in the corners. This give a really clean and minimal look. I also love that it drains the water through so no gross build up.I have this one for our shavers and the bigger one for extra storage in our shower. These are so easy to put up, super strong, and they don't fall like every other one I purchased. I have two large shampoo/conditioner bottles, 3 hair mask jars and a scrub on my large one. That's how strong they are. I highly highly recommend
