Many years ago I had a wonderful bamboo letter opener which was lost in a move. When I saw this one, I was hoping I would love it as much as my previous one. Wrong... this one is worse than trying to open a letter with a kitchen knife or a pencil. Basically, it just tears up the flap. At least it was inexpensive so I didn't waste too much money.
