Very nice toilet tissue holder and fairly straight-forward installation that's quite easy. However, I'm giving it only four stars because there is a TINY screw on the bottom of each holder [the parts that attach to the wall that the roller fits into], but, unfortunately, they don't include a tool to tighten them. I have a very small pocket size flat head screw driver that barely fit but I was able to loosen the screw enough to remove the back plate for installation. Problems arose after I attached the back plates to the wall and needed to tighten those two tiny screws in order to hold the finished ends snugly onto the plates. Small as it is, my little screw driver was still too big because there wasn't room against the wall for it to fit into the screw head. Fortunately, I have a set of small screwdrivers that are used for eyeglass repair, small assembly of models, crafts, etc., and one of those was perfect.
