These cooling towels work so well that I bought another multi-pack so I can keep some in my vehicle, at home, and at work. I like the scarf like dimensions and their lightweight nature. Prior to using these, I usually carried wash clothes but they would never dry out and developed a funky smell by the end of the day. That’s not the case with these cooling towels.I went with light and dark grey ones for neutrality with both orders but I wish they came in light earth tone colors (tan/beige, olive green, etc.) as well since I use them primarily for outdoor sporting activities (in addition to work). My only other complaint is the large white logo on them. I wish the logo was smaller or just a tag.I have a hard time in heat and humidity. I wear these in hot climates like Hawaii and during the west coast heat waves. I recently brought them for us and another couple to wear in muggy New Orleans. Everyone was happy to be able to cool down for hours outside wearing these.My grandma told me her AC was broken and the repairman was a few days behind schedule, so I sent her these with Amazon Prime to hold her over. She said they worked really well for her and kept her nice and cool until her AC could get fixed.I use as a head band under my hat at work outside all day and just tie it back to have to wipe my face with the end instead of keeping it in my pocket and pulling it out constantly. I wouldn't say it cools but does dry fast, is soft and is longer than you would think. Not a cooling towel like the stiff ones but more like a moisture wicking t-shirtBought these for our Disney trip and used them on a 90 degree plus day. Worked great to help keep cool, very light weight and could just go in the bathroom and rewet them and was good to go.Just got this last week and tried it out. It does absorb the water well but you do have to make sure you really ring it before wearing. Overall it works for me at work and is made of good quality and lightweightHappy I decided to hand wash these before I packed them for our trip to Disneyland - the colors ran like crazy. Would have been scary if I’d gotten it wet and those colors tan all over my clothes.Very cool - tested them out by putting in HOT water, then swishing around. Instantly cold.Lite and keeps me cool on hot days. I recommended this to 2 of my friends and they also brought them. They love that it keeps them cool during our walks.These ice towels are so handy. I get so hot and suffer from problems regulating my temperature, so I'm always on the lookout for products that could help. I've had towels such as these before but couldn't find them when I started to suffer in the heat again. I decided to order these as they come with a carry pouch that you can put in or clip on your bag, which I never had with the previous ones and always struggled to know how to carry them.I tried them out yesterday on a day out. I put the wet but wrung out towel into the pouch to take out with me, but left it in the car by mistake! When we returned later, I thought I'd see if it still was any good having been left in a hot car all afternoon. I gave it a good shake and it was literally as cold as ice! Brilliant! Colder than my previous ones I would say and so much better to have something to keep them in for when you need them. Definitely recommend to anyone who overheats easily or suffers flushes etc.If they make a BLANKET out of this, they will change life. I am actually amazed. At first I felt goofy pouring water into the bag - I really thought it was a gimmick. Noope. It’s actually very cold and stays cold! Some reviews said “ice cold,” I don’t know about all that - it’s more like refrigerator cold. But given I’d love to be inside of my refrigerator during this heatwave... It’s perfect.Will be seeing how it does in the freezer though. Obviously.I have hyperhidrosis which causes me to sweat really bad mostly on my face. These towels have been a game changer for me! All you need to do is rinse it under cold water, ring it out a bit and boom, cool towel for the day. The little bag that comes with it helps keep the towel moist and cool when not in use for a good few hours. I usually wrap it in my hair like a headband and it stops me sweating. Fab for when at the gym or on a hot day too! I highly recommend these!!I was a little sceptic about buying these. But as the heatwave was about to descend, I decided to chance it. I am so happy I did. I have lived with one of these on me these past couple of days during the U.K. scorching heat, that for me reached 40c I used one and my son used the other. I basically ran these under cold water and squeezed them. That’s it. Then I wore mine either around my shoulders/neck or on my head. If they feel as though they are warming up, you can give them a shake and voila, they feel cool to the touch all over again. They really do help draw out heat from the body. My son who has special needs, would allow me to pop this on his legs. Which I believed helped him cool down more. My plan is to buy a couple more so I can wet them and store them in my fridge for extra coolness. I couldn’t of got to sleep or functioned without these. I swear you will find them such a help and reliefI do a fair amount of sport and also suffer with joint pain as well as headaches, I purchased these because I get hot easily and needed a way to get cool quickly because a fan alone does not help, these cooling towels are FANTASTIC! They are very easy to use and really stay cool enabling me to stay at a comfortable temperature.They have helped as a cold compress when I have had a headache and I have found them most useful not having to hold them in place.They are lightweight.And come in a handy little plastic pouch so when wet can be sealed.Highly recommended for use during and after sports activities and even to aid joint/body pain.
