I used to have a person I employed to hold my poo paper. A wise sage mentioned an invention brought about through brown magic from ages past any living humans recollection. A poo holder. This, this is that fabled invention. It holds poo paper and it holds it well. My old poo paper holder is now unemployed. The spring is messed up. I fixed it the best I could but it’s still not like it should be!more shiny than typical satin finishes. Id say it’s in between satin and chrome. Does the job and looks goodI bought the brushed nickel look. The sides are beautiful and well made, and matched the nice towel holder I also bought. But the spring-loaded piece in the middle of the toilet paper holder falls apart. Can’t use it. So for now I put the old non-matching middle piece in there.perfect and cost effectiveEasy to install and looks great! Matches my brushed bronze faucet. And great price! 8 I I bought one from Lowes for twice as much and had to return. Quality product!It's a good quality product, looking good after installed. However, need to be careful when drill the hole. It's good it comes with a paper template help to drill the hole. However, found out the template is not too accurate. First I followed the template to drill the hole, and found out it's not corrected. Eventually have to measure and drill again to make it right.This was relatively easy to install. There is a template but be warned that it does show two templates and one appears to be for a towel rail so make sure you read the instructions. In the end we fitted the brackets slightly closer together than the template so the spring mid section tube doesn't easily spring out. Remember if drilling tiles to put masking tape over then so the drill doesn't slip.Too early to say how long this will last... The two pillars that mount on the wall brackets seem solid enough, but the central spring-loaded spindle that goes through the middle of the toilet roll feels a bit flimsy. The printed drilling template has the holes for the mounting brackets drawn a bit too far apart, so the central spindle is hardly compressed at all when fitted between the pillars...meaning it's pretty much fully extended in situ...therefore hardly any of its potential springiness is put to use holding it between the pillars.Delivered well and on time by Amazon.Since last buying items from this range the price has doubled. That's too far.Installation is easy enough BUT centre lines for the mounting screws needs to be 15.5 cm not 16.2. Luckily there is some side movement in the mountings.I wanted black accessories in my downstairs toilet, this means I was limited to what I could purchase.. thought this was a great price! Item arrived quickly, the instructions are extremely basic, they tightened in with flimsy fiddly tiny screws (was tricky as one was stuck on one of the wall fixtures) put it up and the spring in the arm is not stiff at all, I have to pull it out to sit in it. The spring really needs to be tougher so it firmly sits where it should. Lovely style but needs a couple little tweaks.After putting the fasteners on the wall, exactly matching the template, found them way too far apart. Luckily could move them and the original holes were hidden.Also, if you look really close you can see the bronze,, but basically looks black.Works fine, but disappointed
