Works great and fast shipping! Thanks!Looks good but missing a piece of hardware.Best buy ever... The towel bars were easy to install and they are a very nice value for the money. The color is also nice. I Would definitely recommend these towel bars.Looks nice, but two issues. First, the rod was nearly 1/4" short of 32". So, when we mounted the supports at *exactly*32" apart, there was enough "play" in the rod that sliding it to either side allowed it to slip out of the other. So, I had to move one mount about 3/8" closer to the other, which gave minimal play. Second, the rod is light (small diameter). If someone (e.g. a kid) were to pull on it, it would certainly bend down enough to take it out of its brackets altogether. One more -- if you are installing these on studs (which is the advantage of a 32" rod!), the screws are held very securely, meaning that any pressure on them has no "give". While we were struggling to tighten the set screw on one side, we must have been putting pressure on the mounts -- the heads on both screws snapped! I would suggest that you use longer, sturdier screws instead of what came with it. I like the look of it, once installed.I got the 32 inch one because I was sick of my old towel rod pulling out of the sheet rock. I found the studs 16 inches apart, which is too short, but had perfect studs at 32 inches apart. -- This was the only 32 inch rod I found, but I was determined to get one that would not eventually fall down. -- When it came, I put the thing up twice and made a huge mess and it still wouldn't work. -- Then I went to UTube and figured out how it was supposed to be installed. So save yourself some trouble. Search UTube for: "Towel Bar Full Install Better Home Products" because there are no instructions.The main bar is cheap but the other parts are good quailtyI disliked that there were no instructions. If there had been, I may have been made aware that it is not 32 inches long as advertised, it is 31 1/4” on center. It was difficult put it on wooden studs on both ends which I have found is necessary to ensure long term use.Attractive finish, nicely constructed and a fabulous sturdy attachment system that stays attached, is rugged and easy to use! You couldn’t ask for a better product for its intended use; a winner and Uber attractive design in matte black which is all the rage for retro master bathes; fashionable too!
