We had the towel bar installed a month ago and today it came off. Left two big holes… arrrgh!!!UPDATE:To my surprise, the customer service reached out to me and after understanding my issue with the towel bar, offered to send us a replacement. I have yet to install it and see how it lasts, but I thought it would be worth noting that you could buy with confidence - since they clearly seem to care deeply about if we as customers are satisfied with their product(s)Easy install, nice looking and functional for two towels. One issue is it's about 3 & 1/2 inches shorter than the original description. But...I can live with it just fine.The towel rack was pretty easy to install. The holes didn't match the original holes from my previous towel rack. I didn't have a drill to drill new holes so went with the adhesive option (comes with all the adhesive tools). Really strong and doesn't budge even if i put my weight on it. The only bad thing about this towel rack is there's not much space in between two towels. So if you happen to place two towels on this rack chances are the back one stays damp or takes alot longer to dry.Fácil de instalar buena calidadBars are somewhat close to each other.Simple clean look. The (4) wall anchors are small small and the spacing is within 1-inch for each set of holes (too narrow imop). After a month of hanging one large bath towel and one hand towel (neither used, just hanging), the weight was enough for the anchors to begin releasing from the drywall. This is not the dault of the rod itself.To illustrate, the rack is holding one cotton bath (30x58in) and one cotton hand (16x30in) towels.The rod quality is quite good, lightweight (aluminum?), and the oil-rubbed bronze finish looks great.Replacing this with a larger capacity shelf style rack, and with improved more spaced out mounting points.Wall mounting features are a little weak. Tightening the two mounting Allen wrench screws was somewhat challenging.Very sturdy, beautiful polished finished and it fits on the studs. Well worth the buy.
