I ordered several of these cooling "towels" to give to friends that came on a trip to CA/Mexico/Las Vegas with me in mid-July. It was heat wave season and these cloths helped to make us feel a bit cooler when we were out and about. It would have been better if the "towels" were a bit longer and wider. They came in a variety of pretty colors - and it helped to not get our towels mixed up. Durability of the clips and plastic carry pockets could be much improved - they are not made well and fall apart easily. However the "towels" are holding up well even after laundering.This towel definitely helped cool me down, though it didn’t last more than an hour without drying up. It was around 85-95 degrees Fahrenheit so maybe that’s why. I am very glad I had it with me though!We bought these to help cool my kids down during summer soccer camp. They’ve worked perfectly. They keep cold for about 30mins in the middle of summer outdoors, which is more than enough.These are great! I don't have air conditioning and these were great to cool me down. It was immediate! I also sent some to my friends!Love these they are great when I get hotShared with a guy on a boat with seasickness in hot sun. He said it was a lifesaver.Loved the size, absorbency, and the fact that they came in their own little bags with hook. Only con is the bags did not stay closed well. When you shock the towels hard, they really did get cool. How did they do that!?Ordered the 10 pack so I could share with husband, son and grandson and I am so glad that I did. These work amazing for us all and I have a horrific time with the heat due to my MS. Doesn't matter what temperature the water is, snap and ahhhhh so cool. My 2 year old grandson made sure when it was time to go home he had his new "cold mine" with him. Son is a landscape foreman and it's been hot as heck, he made sure he had his also. The only issue that I can foresee is more walking out the door when they come to visit again so I do plan on making another order for these. Some will be in the vehicles so they are available when needed in case they are not remembered when packing for any outing (but I just can't see that happening because they are awesome) and I plan to add some water to the individual towel zip packages and zip those in ziplocks and put them right into the coolers. Now to find a place to hide the rest so I can still have some for myself. These were used as neck wraps, hair bands, folded under hats and wrapped around wrists for instant cooling; they get warm ~ give them a snap again. This is probably my favorite purchase for MS cooling relief and I have a cooling set with ice packs but I will grab these first. It is convenient to pack and carry, easy to use, doesn't require a freezer or overnight to wait for use again ~ snap and it's cool again and when the towel completely dries out all I need to start all over is a little water. You're searching for the same thing I was and you will be reading all the reviews, this is an honest review from someone that can't carry or wear something heavy, medically cannot handle the heat and will search until I get the right product at the right price. You have found that product, get the 10 pack because people won't believe you unless you let them try it and then I guarantee that they won't want to give it back. (Cut Grandson's in 1/2 and did a simple straight stitch so it was his size, still worked perfectly). Stay CoolWe have had some hot horrible sticky days and nights, these have been amazing. Kept us cool and it's great spinning it round to make it cool again.Bought them for my whole family as we were going to Las Vegas in June. They all loved them and used them for whole holiday.I use this item to cool of from hot flushes ,and when the children get really hot ans sweatyI thought these would be very handy while traveling through Hong Kong and India, but in the end I found them to be more of a hassle than anything. If you like hanging a towel around your neck all day, then great, but otherwise, it might be too much. Also, be careful as the colour does leak, so DO NOT wear a white shirt and put this around your neck as you will stain your shirt.I was skeptical that they would work...they did! During our recent heat-wave, these were our savior. I describe the cold-cloth as this: "Ladies, you know the way our wet bathing suit top keeps our "girls" really cold underneath? THAT'S what these do!" They're long enough that i can lay one on each leg and one across my shoulders and draping down my arms...perfect! We had company over, and i had one for everyone! Keeps you cool as long as they're damp...re-wet when they're dry, and they're cold again. A+
