I liked that I could easily change whether the arm is open to the left or the right just by loosening the interior screw that holds the tp arm and flipping the arm (otherwise the set screw would have been on top). It looks great and holds a large roll of tp. The set screw was difficult to tighten with the little wrench, but once I got it started, it was ok. I realized after predrilling 1/4" holes in my wooden cabinet that those instructions are for drywall installation using the wall anchors. If you are installing into a wood cabinet, predrill much smaller holes. I put the anchors into my cabinet, and it ended up ok. If the instructions had been more clear about this, I would have given 5 stars.
