High quality materials and nice brushed nickel finish. Simple to install, just 4 screws that hold 2 brackets and then the arms sit on top. Very sturdy screws and metal for many years of TP dispensing. The finish is high quality and matched our other hardware. I like Moen products and have not been disappointed. And have to be careful when taking off bc the two end will separateI was looking to replace roll holders and was looking for something that was the same size and profile of the holders I was replacing. After a couple visits to local home supply stores, I could find nothing that was even close to this quality Moen holder or the same size. After carefully making my measurements, I was pleased to find these on Amazon for a fraction of the price of others that are at the stores. These even fit right onto the faceplates that were already installed from my old ones. I only had one drill hole to repair, and after that it was just a matter of removing the old holders (by removing the small screws at the bottom) and securing the new ones. All hardware is included and if you need instructions, there are plenty of YouTube videos that show you how. The only thing I would recommend is to use correct size drywall anchors (not included) into the drill holes to secure the mount. These holders look great.It’s nice just would be great if you have someone to hold the piece I think I put mine crooked ?It fit fine where the previous one that my child broke but clearly the paper holder fell short of meeting the ends and holding the tp on the roll. So I have to buy another tp holder or I would have given it 5 stars.Love it , cheap and looks greatMoen products have always treated me well and this holder was no different.Install was easy. Place bracket on wall, level, mark holes, drill, set screws, attach holder, repeat on other side, done.One thing that would be nice is for the hardware pack to include drywall anchors. I had to rummage around the garage to find some that fit properly.All in all, a nice basic holder for a good value.Posting this review to let everyone know that dry wall anchors which are not included in the packaging are needed to ensure a secure fit. I tried installing without them and the installed unit was very wobbly.You simply can’t beat the price, we’ll made, sturdy, if properly installed this should last for many years.This is a good option for inexpensive holders that fit large (Costco sized) toilet paper rolls. Seems like a SCAM, I doubt this is real Moen.First, did not include all necessary pieces + parts to install.Second, the middle cylinder is made of two pieces and the parts do NOT come together. So every time you would need to change paper rolls, rather than push+pull the cylinder as one piece, you get two floating parts of metal falling apart in your hands. You need to hold them together while sliding in the paper roll around them, and then holding that all together so they don't fall as you insert the cylinder again against the side bars. Complete piece of junk, need to throw out as scraps. Money down the drain (no pun intended).These are good holders. Sturdy when mounted but I knocked off a star because the distance to install the two post is difficult to judge on your own, especially first time installing. It should come with a template or recommended distance/clearance from the toilet paper.First one we installed was way to tight. The second we installed was much better spaced after learning from the first one.This added a really nice touch to my bathroom. Since it did not fit the wall mounting plates from the previous holder, I had to create two more screw holes in my cabinet to mount this holder. The good news is that it covered the old screw holes completely. This is a well built holder and I would recommend it.
